Christian purpose vs Secular Purpose

What do people gain from all their labors
at which they toil under the sun? (...)
For with much wisdom comes much sorrow;
the more knowledge, the more grief.

"Why would you live if there's just a little bit of time for yourself, for the furthering of your own arrogance, glory, kingdom, when there is such a higher calling?"

"That's why people who are driven for fame, driven to live their lives for fame, (...) pleasure, parties, all these things- they do not actually have true fulfillment lasting long term."

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

   But the glance of the freethinker is different when looking at the line of the horizon over which the sun rises. The night that revealed a glance into the distant Universe, filled with stars that possibly hide life, mysteries, and new concepts, fades into the slowly rising blue skies. Under the blue skies he comes under, to the life of every day, but what he sees in it is something beautiful- it is the tie of relationships and contributions to the future of mankind; from the laboratory or the school she teaches at to the streets where she walks with her friends, it is all contributing to someone's or something's improvement or happiness. The Freethinker is filled with the bliss of the mystery of life, as she enjoys it- those subtle feelings; love and the will to power.
    Everlasting life- for her that is merely the greed- even if someone came to her and offered that life, she would dismiss him as a brat who wasted the precious science to find such thing- why not search for the origin of life, you brat?! The Universe exists for billions of years and will exist for billions to come, and for a second you consciousness appeared in the body on the planet Earth- those are your ephemeral eyes into the beautiful accident that is the Universe, which sparks imagination in its every atom. What will happen when the freethinker dies? Like for the past 13,800,000,022 years, the forces of life and matter will go on.

Time and society

Can you imagine the most perfect society that consumed all other societies? The one value system on whom all moral guidelines are based on, the one which has discovered all there is to discover in science so that it cannot progress even scientifically? I think that time here would cease to be feasible as a view of progression of life since everything would recur, because once society has perfected even the way you should raise your children and how those children should live their lives, the progression between the events seventy and one hundred and seventy years after the creation of this perfect society would be identical- the perfection is the end. So, it can be stated that Buddhists were right when they wrote off time as a concept on whom we should live our lives, but only on a personal level- scinetifically, time would still exist and slowly bring Universe towards destruction, but there is a lack of scientific motivation to aknowledge its existence- because when science becomes perfect and gains 99.99% of total knowledge in the Universe, the remaining 00.01% would be the skepticism towards the absolute ammount of knowledge and the belief that there is more to be found- that we only know 00.9999% of everything in the Universe. That will be the product of the religious instinct, the extraordinary use of everyday cognition.
Here, when the time will cease to exist, the consciousness would probably disappear, since there is no need for it- everything will be found in our Id- Ego and Super Ego can go away. When that happens, the need for life becomes questionable, and then the life is transcended- life was always changing. This beyond the life which is not a metaphysical concept still has to be named in English or any other language, perhaps a selected few who will remain with a burned of consciousness will have to restructure the language only to name it. Then, religious instinct will disappear- here we reached 100%. Then, as the final man with the ability to think consciously will ask: Is this what we wished for? Wasn't the riddle of thinking before, when we knew 00.001% much better and more profound?

What caused the moral decay in Eastern Europe?

1991 protests in Belgrade
     Looking towards Eastern Europe, one cannot but wonder- what has happened here? Was it the communism? Or was it the liberalism of the West that caused this? What is even this referring to? The truth lies somewhere in between. Our examination starts in the realm of communism, which is, in short, being a sheep in a herd of mindless workers that just repeat what is said to them. Years of looking up to the tyrants like Tito, and enjoying the mediocrity can be still felt today- Eastern European schools, for example, devoid of critical thinking and only focused on memorizing endless stream of facts. Critical thinking is highly discouraged, so much so that when I arrived at the American school, teachers were shocked at how my essays looked- gigantic info dumps, one paragraph after the other with no taught put into them. This is not to say that facts are unimportant- in a debate of scientist and a creationist t, scientists may have debate skills of Christopher Hitchens, but if he doesn’t know facts, he would lose even against pseudo-science. But, without critical thinking, knowledge is useless. They are the two elements that compliment each other, ultimately.
  Before we touch upon the next point, we should observe that “the United States of America” and “America” are two widely different concepts. First one refers to a country in North America and the second one refers to the idea of a state of constant decadence and lazy, overnight success, where authority is ridiculed. What contributed to this were the movies produced by the United States that portrayed it this way, and since they were the only way youth could get a glimpse of “a culture behind an ocean,” they presumed that it is the reality. The United States, from the other hand, is widely different from America, which is a country like any other, where you everyone has a potential for success, and if he or she is working hard enough, the chance of success increases, but is still not guaranteed.
With this in mind, we can come up to a swift conclusion- a mixture of these two elements contributed to the state of constant moral decay in Eastern Europe, leading to toxic decisions such as Belgrade Waterfront, which I will be discussing in a separate article. Communism weakened Eastern Europe, and “America” led it to the wrong path. This moral decay has been, at last, somewhat diminished by the new generation of youth, but the scars of it remain apparent- youth now feels unconcerned about anything happening in their country- we barely saw any kind of intense student movements like the ones that caused Milosevic to decay. By being unconcerned and living cynically, one can definitely push away the moral decay, but this still remains concerning, because living a parody ultimately leaves a lot to be desired, because parody is ultimately a utopia.
